This is the second US hotel for Singapore based hotel developer Aman. Since opening in 2009, it’s become famous for its beautiful architecture and unforgettable setting. Amangiri has been carefully designed to blend in with its desert environment. The architect ensured that even the shadows cast by the buildings add to rather than detract from environmental beauty at every hour of the day.

Its name comes from the Sanskrit words for peace and mountain. From the outside, the building resembles nothing so much as an elegant adobe palace; from inside, it provides the atmosphere of a tranquil temple.
