Follow this road for about an eighth of a mile until taking a left onto Woodland Park Drive. The hotel will be on the right.

Both Amtrak’s Silver Service/Palmetto and Carolinian/Piedmont lines stop in Cary. The station is just three and a half miles from the Umstead Hotel. Bus service to Weston Parkway is available, although passengers will need to walk the rest of the way to the hotel on foot. In addition, Cary also has several taxi companies able to carry passengers from the Amtrak station to the hotel.
